I agree to provide KYC documents of directors, shareholders, UBOs and legal representatives as well as the Singapore company when requested. I shall provide information that is true, accurate and not misleading.

I have never been convicted of any criminal offence or the subject of an investigation by a governmental, professional, or other regulatory or statutory body.

The Singapore Company will not be used for any criminal activity or other illegal purposes, whether fiscal or otherwise, in any jurisdiction.

I confirm that none of the directors, shareholders, UBOs and legal representatives are from high-risk jurisdictions ↓ such as UN sanction list, FATF high risk countries, ACRA-restricted countries and MAS-restricted countries.

I confirm that this address will not be used as a residential address or business address for personal purposes or employees registered with Ministry of Manpower.
